150 gr brown sugar
50 gr Muscovado molasses
8 gr salt
100 gr butter
200 gr cream
200 gr milk
50 gr SpmH
 
 
1. Heat the sugars together with the milk and cream and bring it to a boil.
2. Boil for 5 minutes or until the sugar is completely melted.
3. Add the salt and butter, and cook it to integrate everything.
4. Blend it with SpmH thoroughly.
5. Strain it through a fine sieve and load it into a siphon with two charges.
 6. Keep it in the Noon or Noonie at 60ºC (140ºF) to serve it hot.
