180 gr pure cocoa powder
1 L mineral water
50 gr sugar
20 gr Bble Bubble Agent Bubble Agent
q/s aladin chips (whiskey, oak or almond tree)
  1. Mix the cocoa and sugar in a wide base saucepan. Dilute with part of the water to ensure that no lumps are created. Add the rest of the water and heat to completely melt the sugar.
  2. Strain with Claribag and blend the result (confirming weight: 1 L) with Bble.
  3. When perfectly integrated, remove the existing bubbles with the vacuum machine and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Air with Foam Kit (without using the stone).
  5. Turn on the wooden chips and introduce the Super Aladin nozzle into the mixture.

Serve the smoked bubbles immediately.
