150 gr Campari 
150 gr Ginebra
150 gr Vermouth
200 gr mineral water
50 gr syrup 1:200
6 gr Skro
 

1. Mix all the ingredients of the Negroni.
2. Add Skro to the water with strong stirring until perfectly hydrated.
3. Add the rest, homogenize and aerate with Foam Kit, using the fine stone.
4. Serve cold.
