500 gr cachaça
200 gr lemon juice
80 gr sugar
50 gr basil
15 gr Qfm Quillaia Foam Quillaia Foam

  1. Introduce all the ingredients of the cocktail (leaving aside Qfm) in a Squasher bag.
  2. Apply two cycles of 20 seconds.
  3. Strain through Claribag and blend together with Qfm with strong stirring and rest in a fridge to cool.
  4. Air with Foam Kit (using the fine stone) and serve cold.

 

* If you do not have Squasher , you can also mix by impregnation, although you can not get the same aroma and flavor.
