200 gr sugar
40 gr honey
50 gr Glu30
60 gr mineral water
14 gr baking soda 
1. Put the sugar with the honey and Glu30 in a wide saucepan with high walls.
2. Add the water, mix it lightly, and heat over medium heat until it reaches 165ºC (330ºF).
3. Remove from the heat and add baking soda. Stir vigorously with a whisk for a minute.
4. Pour it into a lined tray with baking paper and let it cool down.
5. Keep it in an airtight container away from moisture.
