500 gr coconut water
50 gr coconut milk
1/2 ud Glea
50 gr sugar
5 gr Glicn
1. Heat a third of the coconut water and sugar until you reach 60ºC.
2. Hydrate Glea in ice water.
3. Melt the gelatin in the hot coconut water. Mix with the rest of the water and coconut milk.
4. Keep in the freezer. Glicn will give us a more pleasant thaw in the mouth (due to its PAC).
