25 gr sesame oil
420 gr black sesame seed
4 gr salt
625 gr mineral water
80 gr sugar
50 gr Dxt
100 gr Ice100
30 gr Glicn
1. Toast the black sesame for 20 minutes at 150ºC (302ºF), stirring every 5 minutes so that it does not burn.
