Concentrated base to produce a bright neutral glaze. By mixing 1 kg of Gng with 750 gr of mineral water and bringing to a boil, the water will thicken and gel, to obtain a stable, transparent, elastic, creamy and shiny glaze.
If you want a cold glaze, mix Gng with your same proportion of water (1 Kg – 1 Kg).
To spray with a gun, reduce the proportion of Gng to 50% (1 Kg water – 500 gr Gng).
Once the base of the glaze has been prepared as described, we will obtain an easy glaze with infinite uses. You can replace the water with any other liquid (infusions, fruit pulps, aromas, dyes,…) and even apply it with more ingredients.
Excellent gloss and natural color, good transparency, stable in freezing and thawing processes.

In addition to its direct use, Gng is an easy way to produce mirror glazes, and it can be very useful for making bright and freezeable chocolate mirror glazes. (maintaining shine even after thawing).
Curiosities
Due to its great resistance to freezing and defrosting processes, it is a very interesting ingredient for the production of pastry products for catering or events, since it allows icing cakes and freezing them, being able to defrost and serve with a perfect finish and that maintains all its shine.
