Glu60 is a liquid glucose syrup indicated for pastry, confectionery, and ice cream with high alcohol content.

Direct use at any time during the production process. Substitute for sucrose in a recipe (partially, depending on intentions).

It improves the conservation of ganaches and truffles.

Curiosities
