To make frostings, donuts, cupcakes, decorations of pastry products, pastries, caramel, ganaches, cordial fillings…
Combining FondP with Isomalt (Isom) is a fast way to create caramel decorations that are very easy to work with.
Presentation in powder form, of a neutral and a plain sweet taste.
Curiosities
Do not confuse fondant with gum paste for cake decoration (based on icing sugar, glucose, glycerin, fat and gelatin).
