FIZZY “POWDER”

Effervescent and sweet, FizY is a combination of tartaric acid, icing sugar and bicarbonate. It can be consumed dissolved in water to get immediate carbonated drinks or mixed with other elements, such as fruits or sorbets.

FizY is a unique product to obtain a texture that is very difficult to achieve (effervescence).

FizY has a neutral flavor with a slightly citrus touch, which allows it to be combined with a multitude of flavors and ingredients, from the most obvious (cocktails and soft drinks, fruits, sorbets,…) to the least expected (chocolates, candies, pralines).

Curiosities

Product that will return us to our childhood. It was integrated since 2006 into haute gastronomy from its incorporation into the annual discoveries of El Bulli.
