BUBBLE AGENT

Powdered preparation containing a mixture of albumin and xanthan, designed to produce large-volume bubble-type airs.
To use, add Bble to the chosen liquid and blend mechanically.

Once well hydrated with an electric mixer, it can be worked with a pump or compressor. To achieve a better result and a more homogeneous aeration, the bubbles created during mixing should be removed by means of vacuum or rest and the product should be left to rest for a few minutes and then pumped with Foam Kit.

By encapsulating a larger amount of air (large bubble), we won’t only obtain a different and very attractive visual effect, but also will be able to open new ways of adding aromas or filling the bubbles with flavored airs.

CURIOSITIES

Preparation made from a mixture of xanthan and egg white powder. In this product, the xanthan will have a first thickening function, and the albumin will allow aeration.

Once the air penetrates the liquid phase, the xanthan will be responsible for stabilizing the bubbles created, obtaining the magical result of a large bubble.
